If you’re looking for spirituality and metaphysics, The Law of One material is the best there is.
It covers everything from being an ET soul to spiritual ascension.
However, the underlying message and the most beneficial one is about healing and balance.
Healing Chakras: The Law of One's Approach to Energy Centers

Balancing Your Energy: Love/Light and Distortions
The Law of One states that everything in the Universe is a manifestation of the One Infinite Creator.
Everything is one. There is Intelligent Energy pouring into our universe known as Love/Light.
Anything that is not this pure form of energy is called a distortion. This isn’t a bad thing at all… In fact, there are distortions everywhere.
Check out my post here for a deeper dive into distortions
At the highest level, Free Will itself is a distortion. Our feelings, thoughts and emotions are distortions.
Even our planet Earth — a sentient being in its own right — has its own distortions that affect us!
We are meant to experience these distortions and balance them back into unity.
This is the secret to spirituality that the Ra Material so eloquently offers.
Our distortions create energetic blocks that stop the perfect flow of Intelligent Energy.
Clearing Chakras for Beginners: Mind/Body/Spirit Complex
Ra from Law of One lovingly calls us humans - Mind/Body/Spirit Complexes.
Why?
Because that’s exactly what we are… complex creatures made up of spirit, mind, and body intricately fused together by our chakra system, also known as our Energy Centres.
Our 7 main chakras, which are spinning vortexes of energy, directly correlate to the 7 densities in the Law of One.
Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency, that’s where the 7 colours come from - the perfect white light being diffused through our energy centres.
Each chakra relates to aspects of our mind, body and spirit.
In the process of balancing them we begin to not only understand ourselves on a deeper level, but we begin to heal.
The Seven Rays in the Law of One
The seven rays in the Law of One material correspond to the seven chakras and play a significant role in our spiritual evolution
Here's an overview of each ray:
First Ray: Red Ray – Root Chakra
The red ray is foundational. It corresponds to the root chakra at the base of the spine.
It encompasses the essence of survival, vitality, and the primal needs for existence.
Recognised for its strengthening properties across all densities, it is the bedrock of evolution, never to be underestimated in its capacity to foster spiritual growth.
Second Ray: Orange Ray – Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra, associated with the orange ray, is the seat of individual power and expression.
It influences how we interact with ourselves. It governs sexuality, creativity, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics.
This ray is where power is exercised on a personal level, shaping self-treatment and self-regard.
Third Ray: Yellow Ray – Solar Plexus Chakra
Connected to the solar plexus chakra, the yellow ray focuses on identity and relationships within groups, societies, or collectives.
It is the stage where the self and ego develop in the context of larger social structures.
It's how we as individuals relate to groups.
The yellow ray acts as a stepping stone, leading to the full potential of the mind/body complex.
Fourth Ray: Green Ray – Heart Chakra
The heart chakra's green ray signifies the threshold of higher spiritual development.
It is the centre of love, understanding, compassion, and empathy.
The activation of this ray relies on the harmonisation of the preceding rays.
By dealing with personal and interpersonal issues, you begin to activate this ray that serves as a resource for spiritual work.
The green ray, with enough work, allows for the potentiation of the higher, true spiritual rays.
Fifth Ray: Blue Ray – Throat Chakra
Wisdom and communication are the hallmarks of the blue ray, linked with the throat chakra.
It encompasses the capacity for self-expression, the articulation of truth, and the embodiment of teachings.
It’s all about expressing who you are and being able to convey the entirety of one's being to others.
Sixth Ray: Indigo Ray – Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra's indigo ray is profound and serves as a gateway to intelligent infinity.
It is only activated by spiritual adepts — those who take spirituality seriously, are constantly seeking balance by putting in a lot of inner work.
This ray relates to magical, esoteric, inner, and occult practices.
The indigo ray brings through intelligent energy and offers access to the infinite.
Seventh Ray: Violet Ray – Crown Chakra
The crown chakra is connected to the violet ray, which represents the ultimate integration of the entire being and the connection to the divine.
The violet ray is an amalgamation of all the previous energy centres and melds individual consciousness with the universal consciousness, transcending the self.
The violet ray, like the red ray, is a constant presence and does not require any activation
It is a spiritual marker, showing the true vibration of an entity.
The Principles of Balancing Chakras According to the Law of One

The Myth of "Perfect" Chakra Balancing
Chasing chakra balance? It's like aiming for a perfect stillness on a see-saw.
We think it's about getting both ends level, energy centres shining with matched intensity. But the Law of One sheds light on a different truth.
Perfection in balance isn't just elusive—it's not essential.
Imagine a symphony. Each instrument plays its part, unique and distinct.
It's the same with our chakras. Sometimes one might sound a bit louder, resonate more deeply, reflecting our personal lessons and experiences.
And that's perfectly fine. The real beauty is in the harmony of the whole piece, not the loudness of each instrument.
Now, think of balance as a see-saw.
You find that sweet spot, right? But the moment you start to move, to progress—which is the very essence of life—the balance shifts.
You're up in the air again, needing to recalibrate. It's a constant dance, a series of adjustments.
Each step forward, each new experience—it tips the scales. And we respond. We recalibrate.
This dynamic balance, it's what keeps us growing, what helps us navigate our spiritual path with agility and grace.
It's not about achieving a permanent state of equilibrium.
It's about learning to ride the ups and downs.
It's about embracing the motion, the flow of life, and finding our balance with each new turn.
Chakra Balancing Benefits: Vibratory Brilliance and Equilibrium
Imagine each chakra as a vibrant hue, a unique contribution to the spectrum of your being.
When these energies blend, they create something extraordinary—a scintillating sheen.
This is the essence of potentiated balance—a state where our energy centres operate in harmony, and our entire being shines with pure radiance.
This ideal, though, it's a beacon, not a milestone.
We're in third density for a reason: to learn, to choose, to grow.
Perfection isn't our state; we're works in progress. Each of us is a masterpiece unfolding.
Chakra balancing? It's about the journey, not the endpoint.
It's the progression towards wholeness, understanding, and vibrational refinement that counts.
The benefits are tangible.
Clarity. Creativity. Connection. Our relationships bloom; we communicate with depth. Self-awareness strengthens as we align with our true intentions, our deepest desires.
This equilibrium lets us navigate life with purpose and serenity, even in the midst of chaos.
Remember, chakra balancing is a journey.
Energies will ebb and flow. Chakras will dim or brighten.
These moments aren't setbacks- they're rich opportunities. For discovery. For growth. They're invitations to go deeper, to uncover the roots of our imbalances, and to nurture our chakras back to a harmonious state.
The Law of One reminds us that each step towards balance, no matter how small, is meaningful.
It's a step towards unity—mind, body, and spirit.
It's a step towards becoming fully potentiated, capable of receiving and radiating love and light in its purest form.
A Key Practice for Balancing Your Energy

In the dance of life, energy balancing is a non-negotiable step.
It's about tuning our inner vibrations to the universe's rhythm.
Meditation is the key practice in this delicate dance—a practice that steadies our core and sifts through the static to find clarity.
The Essential Role of Meditation in Clearing Chakras
Consider meditation our spiritual maintenance.
The Law of One reminds us: "your entities need constant moments of meditation to balance your activities."
These moments of stillness are not just pauses - they are opportunities for activation.
Through meditation and contemplative reflection, we don't just quiet the mind - we assess our thoughts, feelings and actions.
Through learning and ultimately acceptance, this brings balance that will awaken our chakras.
It's through balance that true activation occurs.
Achieving Harmony in Balancing Chakras
Harmony isn't about the loudest voice - it's about the choir's unity.
The Law of One cautions: "entities may have extremely brilliant energy centres while being quite unbalanced in their violet-ray aspect."
The violet ray is like our spiritual signature, our ethereal identity.
It’s the gateway to intelligent infinity and holds information on all our energy centres.
It is this crown chakra that ascended beings perceive as a testament to our spiritual evolution.
They 'read' the violet ray much like a barometer of our vibrational state, a reflection of our inner harmony.
It is not just an isolated beacon but a culmination of our balanced work across all chakras, a true measure of our readiness to step into the next phase of our existence...
So, it's a common misconception that the brightest stars are the most balanced.
Consider a famous pop star, dazzling but perhaps internally discordant, versus an unknown busker whose music resonates with the purity of a balanced soul.
It's the latter whose chakras, including the all-encompassing violet ray, sing in harmony.
The True Aim of Chakra Work: Unswayed Balance
The pinnacle of chakra work is the pursuit of unwavering balance.
What does that look like? The Law of One encourages an "unstudied, spontaneous, and honest response" to the unfolding of life.
To embrace each experience with openness, to fully experience it and—to seek the love within the moment—that is the essence of our journey.
The strength of the violet ray, the seventh chakra, emerges not from seclusion but from its harmonious integration with all other energy centres.
Using Life's Catalysts for Opening Up Your Chakras

Here on planet Earth there is a non-stop bombardment of spiritual catalyst.
These can manifest as emotionally charged situations.
If you experience catalyst, it means there is still a life lesson to be learnt.
How you react or respond to these situations is a sign of where there may be a blockage in your energy centres.
Click here to read my post on spiritual catalyst.
Repressing Emotional Charge vs the Path to Clearing Your Chakras
The Law of One explains that the point of catalyst is for us to learn the lessons of third density.
Witnessing emotions arise, even if you do not act on them, shows there is still work to do.
However, if you choose to ignore your feelings and repress your emotions, Ra explains that this actually dimms your energy centres.
Your divine light begins to wane and you actually depolarise - meaning you effectively take a step back in your spiritual evolution.
Side note- Ra says that if you repress certain emotions but in the process help others - this does not actually cause you to depolarise.
However, it’s not ideal… it’s just a good deed cancelling out a bad one.
The best thing to do, according to the Law of One, is to let experiences play out.
Let the catalyst happen.
Then you can learn from the experience, so next time you encounter that catalyst, you’ll be doing so from a higher place spiritually.
By not letting your emotions get the better of you is a great sign that you’re maturing spiritually, however there is still a bit of work to be done.
The ideal goal is to be truly balanced, where a previously triggering situation has zero effect whatsoever.
In fact, you see the love in the situation.
Cultivating Compassion and Love in Chakra Balancing
Our life's catalysts serve as our greatest teachers, and every reaction we have unveils a lesson yet to be fully grasped.
The Law of One teaches us that with each lesson learned, the need for that catalyst diminishes.
In other words, when you can look at life—every bit of it—and see it through the lens of love, something magical happens.
You stop reacting and start creating.
You step into the role of co-creator with the universe.
It's not about being indifferent or just shrugging your shoulders at what life throws at you.
It's about tuning your heart to such a frequency of compassion and love that you see everything as a part of the grand tapestry of existence.
When you get to that level, you're not just learning - You're teaching through your very being.
The Bull in the Pen Analogy from the Law of One
This is a great analogy from the Law of One. It offers profound insight into how we might navigate conflict and aggression with a heart centred in love.
Imagine a bull in a pen: if you enter its space and it charges, your immediate reaction is to swiftly move out of harm's way.
In this instance, there's little room for blame or emotional turmoil beyond the basic fear instinct.
Now, let's shift the context to human interactions.
Imagine you're in someone's emotional territory, and they react aggressively.
Unlike the bull scenario, here, our emotions often flare, and we may find ourselves caught up in a complex web of feelings and physical reactions.
The Law of One teaches us that in both scenarios, whether facing the predictable aggression of the bull or the more intricate emotional responses of another person, the most balanced approach is to see both the animal and the person as expressions of the Creator.
Try and see the bigger picture and understand the Why behind it all.
By meeting situations with understanding and love, recognising them as acts of free will, we align ourselves with a higher state of balance.
Ra confirms that even a perfectly balanced entity would have an emotional response when facing attack.
"Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. The response is love."
A balanced entity responds with love.
This approach does not negate the emotional experience but transcends it using compassion.
How to Balance Chakras: The Law of One Approach

So how do we get to this point of being balanced enough to see the love within all creation?
Like Ra said—it’s through meditation.
“The balancing requires a meditative state in order for the work to be done”
By giving ourselves time in contemplation, we get a chance to balance our activities.
Analysing the day is a great way to see which chakras need balancing.
Clearing Chakras: How do I know which chakras I need to Work on?
When meditating, take a moment to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Ra is specific and says to first check your emotions and feelings before looking at your behaviour.
This is because one might “do the right thing” and decide to help someone but at the same time be in a foul mood...
You could offer a helping hand, all the while resenting your decision inside.
Perhaps you said Yes when you really wanted to say No.
Therefore it is much more effective to focus on the emotions behind the actions first rather than behaviour.
The Law of One suggests:
“In examining these inappropriate activities of mind, body, and spirit complexes the entity may then place these distortions in the proper vibrational ray and thus see where work is needed.”
Conclusion: Integrating the Law of One in Chakra Balancing

The Law of One is about unifying who we truly are…
We're not just inhabitants of the universe; we are expressions of the Creator.
There are infinite possibilities being sent to us in the form of energy.
It’s up to us to decide whether to keep blocking this divine force or to take action and flow freely with the cosmic current.
Why is this insight so powerful?
Because it invites us to look within and ask the essential questions:
Why does this emotion have such a grip on me?
What's the root of this energy?
Delving into the 'why' is our gateway to understanding ourselves and the energy we carry.
It's the first step toward realignment and balance.
Ask yourself! — you are the Creator — where does this feeling come from?
Chakra balancing isn't just an esoteric concept; it's a practical tool for personal empowerment.
Tune into your emotions and their underlying causes, identify which of your energy centres may be out of sync.
This isn't about quick fixes; it's a process of genuine, transformative self-discovery.
Remember, it's through achieving balance that we activate our higher energy centres.
So, as you meditate and reflect on your daily experiences, consider your emotions and actions.
They are signposts, guiding you to the chakras that are calling for attention.
Unlock them and become the Creator.
Great Work, Brother Sam, in breaking down the concepts of chakras balancing from RA’s teachings. It gives immense pleasure as an eternal divine’s conscious light being that you , the reelection of the one infinite creator, dedicating your journey to awaken our brothers and sisters all densities on Mother Gaia!! Words are not enough to express your service to others!! I send love to you and all others!!
