What is the Concept of the Law of One?
The great teaching of the Law of One material is simple:
The Universe is alive, unified and one.
In the grandest sense, there is only one of us here.
Everything, ourselves included, is part of this infinite oneness.
Witnessing the rich colours at sunset, smelling the scent of a fresh breeze in the forest, the grounding sensation of sand between your toes at the beach and the cleansing touch of the sea as it is washed away…
The gentle whisper of a loved one first thing in the morning…
Everything you do and experience is a reflection of the One Infinite Creator.
In truth, the relationships and conversations you have with others, at the deepest level, you are having with yourself.
Unity is Easier Said Than Done
The idea is a simple one, but let’s be honest— to fully grasp the concept of the Law of One is an ongoing process… and that’s OK!
We’re not supposed to have ALL the answers, a full understanding or know it all right now.
Occasionally, I find myself having to take a step back, reflect and balance.
In the end, it's always about the bigger picture.
Quite often I'll zoom into something, only to find that maybe I'm a bit too close and need to relax and appreciate it for what it is and see it as a whole, as one.
The beauty, for me, is more often than not, when I allow myself to relax into that state and let go, I realise the interconnectedness of it all and the underlying truth that had always been there.
How did Contact with Ra from the Law of One Happen?
First off, the Ra Material is channeled material.
Now you may be thinking: "What is channeling?"
Or more likely you’ll be rolling your eyes at having read that phrase...
If the latter is the case, I invite you to take a breath, lower your defences, open your mind and hear me out.
The Law of One is nothing like your regular channeling. Truly, it is the crème de la crème of ET contact.
The PhD of metaphysics and spirituality, and the result of years of hard work.
A Bit of Law of One History
In the mid 1950s, Don Elkins began researching UFOs and eventually started a meditation group to attempt contact with ETs.
Carla Rueckart joined the meditation group in the 1960s and messages from extra-terrestrial sources started coming through her.
Consequently, Don and Carla joined forces and L/L Research was founded around 1970 to document their findings and to help with their research into the paranormal.
L/L Research continues to this day as a non-profit organisation offering all of their material for free.
In 1980, Jim Mcarty joined Don and Carla and a harmonious trio was formed.
They lived by the principles received from these conscious channeling sessions— with an open heart, serving one another with an enormous appreciation for the gift of creation.
Their fellowship was so intense and pure that a spiritual being of the highest magnitude was attracted and called to them.
In 1981, about 25 years after Don began his quest into UFOlogy, contact with Ra was made.
The Harmonious Group that Channeled the Ra Material
The relationship between Don, Carla and Jim is what made the Ra contact possible.
Indeed, their harmony as a group prepared the soil which offered the opportunity for Ra to sow the seeds of consciousness.
Ra states that the conditions were not right previously and that only now, through this group was contact possible.
Different to previous channeling sessions, contact with Ra was unconscious channeling. This means Carla was completely unaware of the words spoken through her after she fell into a deep trance during the sessions.
Their Jobs During the Law of One Contact
Their roles within the group were more complex than one might perceive.

With a deep knowledge of physics, engineering, paranormal phenomena and brilliant intuition, Don conducted the interview with Ra.
Carla Rueckert, the instrument:
It was through her that the words of Ra were spoken. Heart wide open and enormous faith and will to serve, gave Ra the opportunity to channel through.
Jim McCarty, the scribe:
While Don was picking Ra's metaphysical brain and Carla was in unconscious trance, Jim was doing his work of holding space for the contact. Constantly meditating and sending love, light and protection to Carla.
Jim was the glue that held the group together for the Ra sessions. It takes a lot of energy and precision to bring in such a narrow-bandwidth frequency.
Jim was there charging and energising the group, while also taking care of the microphones and flipping the tapes over!
Who is Ra from the Law of One?
Ra is an extraterrestrial group consciousness, also called a social memory complex, from the 6th Density.
You're probably thinking …Riiight… who's this weirdo on the internet?
I know how that sounds.
What this means is that Ra has evolved to a point where their society has a kind of hive mind that all beings can access, thoughts are shared, and it is through this “social memory complex” that they have contacted us.
Imagine a future version of our society as a whole, having a unified personality and picture having a conversation with that…
Initial Contact with Ra
Ra states that they, as a group, are a part of a cosmic Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite Creator.
The Ra Material: A Complete Spiritual Guide
Ra is more spiritually advanced and more evolved than us.
In terms of our journey as souls back into the infinite oneness of creation, Ra is further along the path.
We are currently in 3rd density, which harbours the lessons of self-awareness.
To clarify, Ra has lived through our density and its lessons, ascended up through 4th, 5th and 6th and is approaching 7th density.
Unity is the lesson of 6th Density, hence the teachings in the Law Of One come with this unifying perspective.

Ra's answers are majestic and calculated, just as one would expect from a more spiritually advanced and aware being.
In fact, as you read the words, they ring true deep within. It's as if you're being reminded of something long forgotten.

Coupled with a sense of comfort, of safety, of feeling at home in the answers as Ra drops the proverbial mic.
How I Discovered The Law of One
Finding this material in my teens really kick-started my spiritual journey.
Paranormal phenomena has always been a part of my life, actually.
In fact, I grew up listening to family stories of ghosts and haunted houses.
I have fond memories as a child when the extended family would meet up on the weekends.
My aunts would huddle, as if part of a witches coven, and cackle away.
They'd reminisce their childhood and tell story after story of spirits that would visit them, deceased family members that would eerily reappear, or my favourite— the saga of the little girl/ poltergeist that lived in the bathroom!
My spiritual side hadn’t received much attention, though, nor was I religious at all as a teenager.
Admittedly, I was quite against the idea of religion and an almighty God.
I was angry at the world, at the injustices.
Why do bad things happen to good people?
Why do loved ones die?
Why do religious people give away all their power?
Can't they think for themselves?
These were questions I would ask...
Hardship Led Me to the Ra Material
It can be difficult being a teenager and growing up. There's so much going on many levels...
Not to mention adding hormones into the mix.
I was the classic definition of a teenager. My attitude and apathy led me into a victim mentality, where everything in the world was wrong and I just wanted to get away from it all.
Honestly, if I was with my friends or mood altering through substance abuse I was happy.
I just wanted to feel good and to feel alive.
In essence, I was looking for joy and meaning in life without realising it.
My inner mantra quite quickly became:
"I just want to be happy."
Experiencing altered states of consciousness and prying open my mind with a crowbar called substance abuse, I came across broader concepts and wider circles of people.
As a result, I began questioning my existence.
I learnt about meditation, extra-terrestrials, became fascinated with both modern and ancient esoteric teachings and of course found the Ra Material.
Unlike religion, there are no rules, dogmas or commandments in this material, just a philosophy that everything seems to fall into, including religion and science.
I see it as a blueprint for my existence while also keeping the illusion and mystery of reality alive.
How the Law of One has Changed My Life
This material has brought me peace.
It is a foundational pillar of my beingness.
It bolsters my beliefs— It's my spiritual backbone.
Everything can fit into this simple yet powerful idea...
Even though I may not understand something completely, on a certain level I feel calm, strong and inspired to go about my day.
It has given me faith...
Faith in the Universe and faith in myself.
I can surrender to the Universe, to a higher power that is not separate from myself, knowing that I am capable and responsible for my achievements in life.
Quite simply, it has brought magic, joy and meaning into my life.

I believe discernment is a key tool to keep sharp in the shed of life skills.
While interesting ideas appear and are studied with an open mind, some stay and some go...
The Law of One keeps on showing up for me.
Like the friend that’s always there when you really need them.
It has always supported me.
